The first step to the pike jump is high arms followed by bringing feet up.
Then before you reach the peak of your jump, reach forwards towards your toes (which should be pointed) with both of your hands. If you cannot reach your toes, this doesn’t as everybody’s flexibility levels vary.
As you descend from the jump your arms should come to your sides and start to rise before you contact the trampoline bed.
