TABLE TENNIS: TOP SPIN (FORWARD)

Left foot facing the table.

The knees are slightly bent.

The body weight falls forward (because the body is bent) and on the toes for quick movement.

Throw the ball at chest level

In the preparation phase, you go to the ball by using the shoulder

As the ball drops in front of you, strike above the ball

When you impart topspin onto the ball the forward spin will increase the downward pressure on the ball, so after the ball bounces on the table it will stay low and accelerate forwards.

Brush the ball in an upward and forward motion, aiming to hit your side as far from the net as possible (still on the table).

You bullet point your responses well here to describe the technique at P1 level. You even give one justification/reasoning behind the technique at M1 level but you cannot achieve either if you have not described the actual skill itself.
